Terms of use
These terms govern the $olPaid service. They set out what $olPaid does with a token’s creator fees, what it does not do, and what is expected of anyone who launches a token through it or claims a Cash App or Venmo destination.

- 1.7
- Applies to
- The $olPaid site, protocol and payout service
1 The service
$olPaid is a bridge between token creator fees and Cash App or Venmo. When a token directs its creator fees to $olPaid, we claim those fees on a schedule, swap the recipient share to USDC on Solana, and pay it in dollars to the Cash App routing and account or Venmo phone bound on claim. Of the protocol cut, 10% stays in SOL to buy and burn $olPaid, and 10% stays in SOL to add to its liquidity pool.
$olPaid does not issue tokens, operate a launchpad, run a market, make a market, or provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It does not custody your wallet and never asks for a private key or a seed phrase. Launching is permissionless: no application is made to us and no approval is given by us. $olPaid is not a money transmitter and is not registered with FinCEN as a money services business. Crypto it handles is protocol treasury funds. Dollar payouts to Cash App and Venmo are made by Coinflow, the licensed payment partner. Buying SOL through the site is handled on Stripe’s hosted crypto onramp and sent to the connected wallet.
“$olPaid”, “we” and “us” in this document mean SolPaid, which operates this site, the protocol described on it and the payout service. “You” means whoever is reading it, in whichever of the roles clause 3 and clause 4 set out.
Using the site, launching a token that directs fees to $olPaid, opening a claim link, or otherwise interacting with the service means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not direct fees to $olPaid and do not bind a payout destination.
2 Words used here
- $olPaid
- The operator of this site, the protocol described on it, and the payout service. Referred to as we and us. Legal name SolPaid.
- Deployer
- The person who launches a token through $olPaid, or who redirects an already-launched token’s creator fees to the treasury.
- Recipient
- The $cashtag or Venmo @username named at launch or registration, and the person who binds a Cash App or Venmo destination on the claim link.
- Creator fees
- The fees a launchpad pays to a token’s creator in respect of trading in that token.
- Claim
- An on-chain collection of accrued creator fees for a registered token. The recipient share is then swapped from SOL to USDC. The burn share and the liquidity share stay in SOL.
- Recipient share
- 80% of a fill, payable to the recipient’s Cash App or Venmo.
- Protocol cut
- 10% of a fill buys $olPaid and burns it. Another 10% is added to the $olPaid liquidity pool. Both stay in SOL until the mint is live.
3 If a token names your $cashtag or Venmo
A deployer can name a $cashtag or Venmo @username at launch. That does not by itself bind a bank account or phone number, and it does not make you a partner, promoter or endorser of the token or of $olPaid. A payout should not be read as any of those things.
You become payable when someone with the secret claim link binds a destination for that handle. If that person is you, submitting the form is your agreement to these terms for the payout. If it is not you, the deployer is responsible for who they handed the link to.
Do not paste Cash App routing and account numbers, or a Venmo phone number, into a page you do not trust. $olPaid will pay whatever destination is bound.
If you do not wish to receive payments, do not bind a destination, and stop payouts on the request page.
4 If you launch a token
You are responsible for the token you deploy and for everything about it, including its name, ticker, artwork, description, the $cashtag or Venmo you name, and the lawfulness of launching it where you are. Directing creator fees to $olPaid does not make $olPaid the token’s issuer, promoter, operator or sponsor, and you must not represent that it does.
You are responsible for the cashtag or Venmo you name and for who receives the claim link. You must not name a handle in order to imply an endorsement, affiliation, partnership or approval that does not exist, and you must not name a handle in order to harass, defame or impersonate any person. The claim link is shown once. The launch wallet can replace an unused link from the token page; the previous URL then stops working. Do not put a claim link on the public token page.
Launching is permissionless and there is no review queue. That is not a statement that anything is permitted. $olPaid may decline to claim fees for a token, decline to pay out against it, or remove it from the site, at any time and without notice. A recipient or deployer can also stop payouts or remove a token from the site on the request pageafter proving the claim secret or the bound destination.
5 Payments and the split
Every fill divides the same way: 80% to the recipient, 10% to buy and burn $olPaid, and 10% added to the $olPaid liquidity pool. The split is fixed, it is identical for every token, and $olPaid takes nothing on top of it. The burn share and the liquidity share stay in SOL until they are used.
The recipient’s 80% builds until it crosses a milestone — $5, then $10, $20, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, and every $1,000 after that. Crossing a milestone sends the full balance. Amounts below the next milestone stay in the ledger.
Cash App and Venmo payouts are made through Coinflow, which is not $olPaid and is the licensed money-transmission partner for those payouts. Cash App uses US RTP by default; if the destination bank cannot receive RTP, Coinflow falls back to same-day ACH. Venmo pays the US phone number bound on claim. Coinflow’s availability, limits, fees, eligibility and KYC rules are Coinflow’s. $olPaid cannot change them, override them, or guarantee that any particular recipient is able to receive a payment. A 451 response from Coinflow means the payee must complete Coinflow’s verification before funds can move.
Amounts are converted to dollars at the Jupiter fill. Anything you receive is yours to report. $olPaid does not withhold tax and does not give tax advice.
6 Unclaimed fees
Where a recipient has not yet bound a destination, the recipient share is recorded as settled and held rather than paid. Binding a destination within seven days of that balance first being held keeps it payable. It then goes out when the share crosses the next milestone and Coinflow accepts the payout. Further fees that settle before the deadline share the same window. After a return, a new balance starts a new seven days.
Fees that remain unclaimed after seven days are returned to the treasury. After that return, neither the recipient nor the deployer has a claim to those amounts. A recipient or deployer can also stop payouts before the seven days run on the request page.
7 Acceptable use
You must not use $olPaid to:
impersonate any person or organisation, or imply an association that does not exist; harass, threaten or defame anyone, including by naming their cashtag or Venmo as a recipient; launder money, evade sanctions, or process the proceeds of crime; circumvent the eligibility rules of Coinflow, Cash App, Venmo or of any launchpad; scrape, overload, probe or interfere with the site or its infrastructure; or misrepresent $olPaid’s role, the split, or the status of any payment.
8 Text messages
If you text START to a $olPaid number, or tap Text START on the site, you consent to receive transactional texts on that number: session replies you send, a one-time wallet sign link, and a launch receipt. $olPaid does not send marketing, price alerts, or token promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for commands. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Privacy is at /legal/privacy.
9 Availability and suspension
The service is offered as available. $olPaid may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and may stop claiming or paying out for any token, at any time. Where a suspension affects amounts already owed to a recipient, those amounts remain recorded in the ledger.
10 Intellectual property
The $olPaid name, marks, site design and written content belong to SolPaid. Token names, tickers and artwork belong to whoever created them and are shown to identify a registered token. Cash App, Venmo, Coinflow, Stripe, pump.fun, Jupiter, Helius and pons.family names, marks and badges belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify those services.
11 No warranty
The service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
On-chain systems fail, RPC providers go down, claims revert, swaps slip, launchpads change their fee mechanics, and third-party rails change their rules without notice. $olPaid does not guarantee that any fee will be claimable, that any swap will succeed, that any payment will settle, that any figure shown is current, or that the service will be available at any given time.
12 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, $olPaid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or token value, however caused.
$olPaid’s total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the total protocol cut it actually retained in respect of the token giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Tokens are high risk. $olPaid is not responsible for the value or behaviour of any token, including $olPaid, and is not responsible for the acts of any launchpad, chain, bridge, Coinflow, Cash App, Venmo or other payment rail it depends on.
13 Indemnity
If you launch a token that directs fees to $olPaid, you will indemnify SolPaid against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from that token, from the cashtag or Venmo you named, from the claim link you distributed, or from your breach of these terms. A person who only receives a payment, and who did not launch the token or bind a destination, is not asked to indemnify $olPaid under this clause.
14 Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The version in force is the one published here, and the effective date and version at the top of this page identify it. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continuing to direct fees to $olPaid or to keep a destination bound after a change means you accept the version then published.
15 Contact
$olPaid is contactable through the request page. There is no support chat. Questions about these terms, requests to stop paying a handle, and requests to remove a token from the site’s surfaces are completed there after verification, or left as a note for the operator.
Note that on-chain records cannot be deleted by $olPaid or by anyone else, and that whether an account can be paid at all is also a matter for Coinflow KYC and Cash App or Venmo, which $olPaid does not control.
